How training is set up
- Needs assessment with sponsor and participants before the programme starts
- On site, online or hybrid - depending on location and shift patterns

- Fixed weekly slots or intensive blocks (e.g. before projects or assignments abroad)
- Clearly defined objectives, mid-point check-in and final report for HR

Frequently asked questions
How big should groups be?
For effective training I recommend 1-4 participants per group. Larger groups are possible, but speaking time per person drops.
Do you train online?
Yes - fully online or hybrid. This works particularly well for distributed teams or shift work.
Which industries do you cover?
Over 35 years of experience across manufacturing, logistics, IT, sales and healthcare. Industry vocabulary is built together with the sponsor.
How is progress measured?
We define concrete, observable goals at the start. At the end you receive a short written report for HR.
